Chris Philp says he is "deeply concerned" by pictures of Liverpool supporters being tear gassed by French police ahead of Saturday's Champions League Final in Paris. The technology minister says "as a (football) fan I fully sympathise with the predicament they found themselves in" and calls for an "urgent and thorough" investigation by UEFA.
