Minnesota protestors throw items, hold guard with umbrellas to protect themselves from police projectiles

After giving a dispersal order the police in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota forcefully moved in on protestors in an effort to push them away from the police station on April 13 three days following the death of Daunte Wright. After roughly 30-to-45 minutes of protestors throwing rocks, water bottles and other items at police, the police began firing upon the crowd as another group of police moved in. It was here that the crowd grouped together with umbrellas and makeshift shields.
