Missing Man Claims A UFO Picked Him Up And Took Him To Durham

Alien abductions are often described as terrifying, eerie encounters with beings from beyond the stars.

But one flying saucer which visited Britain last year just gave its victim a lift to Durham, according to Cleveland Police.

A man who had been reported missing in Middlesborough was found in Durham, and told police he had ‘been on a UFO to Durham’.

The incident was released as part of a list of 999 calls relating to extraterrestrials received by Cleveland Police.

Nigel Watson, author of the UK Investigations manual, says there are many ‘UFO hotspots’ in the UK.

‘In the UK, Warminster, Wiltshire, Cannock Chase, Staffordshire, Bonnybridge, Scotland, Pembrokeshire, Wales and the Pennines are just some of their favourite haunting areas,’ says Watson.

‘There are some rare cases of people being zapped by lights from UFOs, but otherwise they don’t present any danger. A good set of binoculars, camera, note book and star charts are the basic equipment. Some ufologists use more sophisticated UFO hunting equipment that includes video cameras that can obtain infrared images of UFOs invisible to the human eye.’
