Missing teen with links to Birmingham prompts 'extensive police inquiries'

Police are appealing to urgently find a teenager who has links to Birmingham. Reece Turton vanished last night, Sunday, October 13.

Merseyside Police said the 17-year-old was missing from the Wirral. The force said "extensive inquiries" were ongoing to find him.

Reece was described as white, 5ft 10in, of slim build, with short ginger hair. He has links to Prenton and Birmingham.

In an appeal online, Merseyside Police posted: "Please share and help us urgently find missing Wirral teenager Reece Turton. Reece, 17, was last seen in the area of Rock Road East, Rock Ferry at 8.30pm last night, Sunday October 13 and extensive inquiries are ongoing to find him.

"He is described as white, 5ft 10in tall, of slim build, with short ginger hair. Reece has links to Prenton, Wirral, and Birmingham, West Midlands.
