A three-year-old boy was found alive in bushland on a rural property in the New South Wales Hunter region on September 6, after going missing at around midday four days before.
The boy, named Anthony ‘AJ’ Elfalak in local media reports, was last seen at a home on the property near Putty on Friday, September 3.
Police aerial units spotted the boy drinking from a stream on Monday, as seen in this video posted by the New South Wales Police. He was later assessed by paramedics and reunited with family. Credit: New South Wales Police via Storyful
