Mississippi River Floods Homes in Southwestern Wisconsin
Homes were flooded in Pepin, Wisconsin, on Thursday, April 27, as the Mississippi River rose to its third-highest level on record, officials said.
The river flooding had caused severe disruptions in the area, partially submerging homes and prompting road closures, local media reported.
