Back in business!
Back to work, back to Stadium MK and back to action again.
A look at Harrogate Town
Simon Weaver’s side head to Stadium MK this afternoon 18th in League Two with 10 points to their name after the opening nine games.
The Sulphurites come into the game having won and drawn their last two to get their season back on track, with a 3-2 triumph over Salford City last time out.
Striker Luke Armstrong was heavily linked with a move away from the EnviroVent Stadium, with Dons believed to be in the hunt for the frontman’s services. The 27-year-old had even agreed terms with Wrexham on transfer deadline day, only for the paper work to be filed late, meaning he remains on the books at Harrogate.
Dons team news - One change to the side
Daniel Harvie returns to the side as the left centre-half, replacing Dean Lewington, for this afternoon’s game. It is the only change Graham Alexander makes to his side from last week’s 1-1 draw with Sutton United.
Team: MacGillivray, Stewart, O’Hora, Harvie, Tomlinson, Norman, Payne, Gilbey, Williams, Eisa, Harrison

Kick-off
Mo Eisa gets the game underway
5 mins: Oxley with a stellar stop
Cracking save from Harrogate keeper Oxley as he flies to his left to deny Mo Eisa’s strike on the turn - the first effort of the day.
The resultant corner comes to nothing
9 mins: Oxley again!
Another terrific stop from the Harrogate keeper, full-stretch to his left again to deny Eisa for a second time.
12 mins: Dons in control
The hosts are very much in charge of this game so far. Harrogate have barely been out of their own half in the last six or seven minutes, everyone behind the ball as Dons press on in search of the opener.
14 mins: Another corner
A fourth corner of the afternoon for MK Dons, but once again it comes to nothing as the home side continue to seek out an opening goal.
In some team admin news, Norman’s injury means Matt Dennis has taken over on the subs bench.
16 mins: Huge let off
Stewart has no hope in keeping Sam Folarin in check for pace, but for some reason the Harrogate striker opts to pull the ball back across, but behind Abraham Odoh, rather than going for it himself
18 mins: Harvie with a sighter
Long-range effort from the Scot, it has Oxley stretched again but the keeper deals with it again with a good low save. Having a lively start so far, the Harrogate net shepherd.
22 mins: MacGillivray watching on
Not a lot for the Dons keeper to have done so far. In fact, we think his little header to Anthony Stewart just outside the penalty area means he’s touched the ball more with his head than his hands at the midway point in the first-half.
25 mins: Tomlinson with a header
Decent ball into the mix from Harvie after good work from Eisa on the left, Joe Tomlinson’s header though is easy for Oxley to gather
31 mins: Folarin with another good chance
Stewart off the hook once again as Folarin easily evades his challenge on half-way to break clean through on goal. With Odoh in support and Harvie desperate to get across, Folarin this time goes it alone but his short is... well, it’s rubbish and straight at MacGillivray
35 mins: POST!
Ah so close for Joe Tomlinson as he lets fly from range, hitting the upright of the goal
38 mins: Good save from MacGillivray
The Dons keeper does well to deny Levi Sutton’s strike just inside the box, putting it behind for a corner. The set-piece gets hooked away by Harrison for another, but the second comes to nothing
40 mins: GOAL - Harrogate take the lead
Oh that’s unbelievable. No communication between MacGillivray and O’Hora, the keeper comes out of his area to clear but he fires the ball into the back of the defender and it bounces harmlessly into the empty net.
1-0 to the visitors
Stoppage time
Two minutes to be added on as Dons pile on the pressure. Ilunga has a go which hits Eisa in the face, then falls to O’Hora who sees his shot deflected wide.
Harrison gets to the corner first, but heads it just wide of the upright.
