Molten Lava Flows Quickly During Volcano 'Blue Hour'

Storyful

Molten lava flowed quickly from Hawaii’s Kilauea Volcano on March 2, and the light from the sunset during the blue hour refracted off the lava giving it an extraordinary appearance, which can be seen in the video.

The lava also formed different shapes as it hardened into rock. Credit: eppixadventures.com via Storyful
