Mom Doing Just 'Pine' After Getting Stuck Under Christmas Tree

A mom in Aberystwyth, Wales, got an unfortunate Christmas surprise when her tree fell on top of her while she was decorating it, trapping her beneath.

Siona Akerman managed to record this footage of her mother Emma calling out for her while she was completely helpless beneath their Christmas tree.

Akerman told Storyful that she heard shouting from the other room and went to investigate. She saw the toppled tree, and her poor mother underneath, but very soon both were seeing the funny side.

“My mother got stuck under the tree while trying to put up the lights; I think she got a little excited about Christmas,” she said.
