A New Jersey mother knew she chose the wrong snack as she watched from the driver’s seat of her car as her infant daughter sitting in the backseat smothered herself in yogurt.

“After five minutes on the road, we stopped at a red light,” Christina Abiola told Storyful. “I look back at her while making an Instagram story and I see her applying the yogurt on her face,” she said.

Video shot by Abiola shows her two-year-old daughter, Aniyah, with yogurt already smeared all over herself as she carefully adds further dollops to her face.

“Aniyah, why?!” Abiola asks her daughter, who cracks up laughing in response.

“Gave my daughter a snack in the car because I thought I could finally trust her,” Abiola wrote on Instagram, where she posted the video. “This is one parenting mistake i will never never make again!” she added. Credit: Christina Abiola via Storyful
