Monsoon Flooding Shuts Down Arizona Highway

Monsoon floodwaters gushed near a highway in central Arizona, as flash flooding remained a threat on Friday, July 15, the National Weather Service said.

This footage, captured by Zoel Zohnnie, shows scenes off Highway 89, just north of Flagstaff in Coconino County, on Thursday afternoon.
