Monsoonal Rain Triggers Flash Flooding in Central Arizona
Monsoonal rain triggered flash flooding and forced road closures in central Arizona on Thursday, July 28, after the National Weather Service (NWS) issued a flash flood warning for the area.
This footage, captured by Matthew Hartshorn, shows scenes in Apache Junction on Thursday afternoon.
Later that day, the Apache Junction Police Department said officials rescued a woman from a vehicle trapped in floodwater.
