More Evacuations Issued as Firefighters Continue to Battle Detwiler Fire Near Yosemite

The Detwiler Fire in Mariposa County, California, grew to 45,725 acres with only 7 percent containment on Wednesday, July 19.

Evacuations were ordered for the Coulterville and Greeley Hill area on Wednesday morning. According to California Fire, the fire destroyed eight buildings, damaged one other and threatened more than 1,000 on Tuesday, July 18.
