More voters turning to Labour as cost-of-living crisis bites

A growing number of voters are turning to Labour as the best party to deal with Britain’s cost-of-living crisis, a new poll revealed on Thursday.The Ipsos survey for The Standard showed support for Labour as the most trusted party to “reduce you and your family’s cost of living” hitting 40 per cent for the first time.The Conservatives were on 25 per cent, putting them 15 points behind Sir Keir Starmer’s party.
