Someone in the This Morning production office needs to make sure they have access to a spell checker, after a caption mistake on the show today (Wednesday, April 26).

The blunder happened while Martin Kemp was appearing in a segment with Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby, promoting his appearance on BBC show Murder in Successville.

Unfortunately, the caption used for the segment read: "Martin Kemp's murder mystery adverture."

Twitter was full of viewers picking up on the mistake:

It wasn't the only drama on This Morning today, with Katie Price using the N-word twice while speaking about her anti-bullying campaign and the horrific online trolling that her disabled teenage son Harvey endures.

Phillip stepped in the first time she used the word, asking her not to do so again.

"Calling my son a n***er and stuff is just not acceptable," Katie replied, with Phil adding: "Yeah, we don't need to hear it again…"

After being criticised online, the Loose Women presenter later defended herself in a video, saying: "So I've just been on This Morning and I've made the headlines everywhere because I used the word 'n***a'.

"Yes, I did use the word 'n***a', because that's what people call my son. They call him a 'blind n***a', 'black sp****c', they call him a 'go*****g'.

"So I'm glad I've made headlines using that word, because I want to get it out there that it's not acceptable.

"Just think about it – there's all people out there that have to put up with that kind of abuse –because I'm in the public eye, I can speak about it and it's got to stop.

"Online bullying has to stop. Please sign my petition and get these online trolling horrible bullies off!"

This Morning airs every weekday on ITV at 10.30am.
