Suzi Quatro wasn't impressed with the This Morning team during her appearance on the ITV show today.

As Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby presented a section with Vanessa Feltz, the queen of rock made a ruckus off camera.

She could be heard pointing out that her name was spelt incorrectly and asking if the wrong spelling had gone out on air as she talked to David Essex in the background.

"I went nuts," she said. "That better not go out on the screen like that."

Schofe explained: "It's live, it's live Suzi! It's already gone out, but we'll correct it in a moment, don't worry."

"Has it really gone out like that already?" she asked.

The presenter later explained that the error was just on the autocue, telling the 'Can the Can' singer that she shouldn't be looking at his lines.

"If you stopped reading the autocue, no-one would know that it was on there," he said. "It's only us that can see it!"

Speaking about her upcoming tour with David, Suzi told the duo: "I love what I do, I am a gigging artist and I can't stand it when artists say, 'I can't sing that song anymore'. Why? It's part of your life.

"I love being out there and I love performing shows, I have over 150 this year."

This Morning is on weekdays at 10.30am on ITV.
