This Morning's Alison Hammond has responded in support of Phillip Schofield following recent claims of feuds going behind the scenes of the ITV morning show.

Recent reports implied that Phil had an argument with co-star Ruth Langsford, while also suggesting that Phil couldn't even stand working with his co-host Holly Willoughby. ITV denied those claims.

Following the feud reports, Alison has tweeted back in support of Phil, responding to one of the presenter's Twitter posts from earlier this year.

Over the summer, Phil reacted to headlines that he had supposedly "banned" Amanda Holden from filling in for Holly during her I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! presenting stint on the 2018 series.

"When you try for 35 years to be the easiest, most fun person to work with and you read such hurtful and wildly untrue stories from nameless 'sources'," Phil wrote at the time.

Alison has replied back to that same post, writing: "YOU ARE LOVED full stop," followed by a heart emoji.

Meanwhile, Phil and Holly have recently denied the feud claims, with Phil telling BBC Newsbeat: "We have such a laugh. We're best mates, she's like the sister I never had. I just adore working with her, she's just perfect."

Holly echoed in Phil's comment, adding: "You couldn't do the amount of hours of TV that we do with each other without getting on."

This Morning airs weekdays at 10.30am on ITV.
