This Morning star Ben Shephard has shared a rare photo of his family with viewers.
Discussing what he'd been up to over the festive break on today's show (January 6), Shephard told co-host Cat Deeley that he had spent the break in Cornwall and had taken a dip in the freezing sea on Christmas day.
"We were down in Cornwall," he told Deeley as a picture of a large group of people in swimwear appeared on the screens. "There was about 25 of us swimming on Christmas day."

Noticing the left of the picture, which included Shephard along with his brother and teenage sons Sam and Jack, Deeley quipped: "Can we just talk about the left of that picture and the budgie smugglers?"
"My brother and my sons are fans of the budgie smuggler," Shephard said. "It was freezing cold. It was a really stony beach! It was really uncomfortable getting in."
As Shephard spoke, a rare close up picture of the proud father with his arms around his sons flashed on the screen.

"There's me and the boys," he beamed. "We've cut out the budgie smugglers for everyone's breakfasts."
The TV presenter tends to keep his personal life fairly private but recently shared a series of snaps to his Instagram to ring in the New Year.
In a carousel of pictures, Shephard shared a selfie with his wife Annie, who he married in 2004, along with some other family photos.
"HNY all! Just had a great couple of days in Devon on the other coast with @mrsannieshephard and her family," he captioned the pics.
"Very wet New Year's Day but @thewinkingprawn came to the rescue as ever - then what a stunner today the sea was steaming first thing in #southsands not sure I’ve ever seen that??!! Is there a name for it???
"Feel refreshed and ready to hit 2025. I'm back to @thismorning Monday with @catdeeley lots to catch up on can’t wait!"
