Holly Willoughby was left wiping tears away during one of today's (November 3) This Morning segments.
Chatting to composer and dementia patient Paul Harvey (plus his son Nick) over video, Holly and co-presenter Phillip Schofield highlighted the former's newfound online popularity, after Nick posted one of his dad's piano improvisations on Twitter that went viral.
Music lovers were blown away by Paul's two-minute performance using just F natural, A, D and B natural notes.
At the start of the interview, Paul played those same four notes on his piano at home for Holly and Phil, and shortly after the 39-year-old was reaching for the tissues.
Over on social media, This Morning fans shared their own emotional reactions to the composer's story, with many more tears to add to Holly's.
"Don't worry @hollywills we're all crying too," one viewer said, whilst another added "Omg!! Paul's four notes had me in tears! Just added it to my playlist!". A third summed it up well, saying: "So beautiful, this man's music is gorgeous."

This of course isn't the first time Holly has welled up on camera, as just last year Phil arranged for a box of puppies to be wheeled into the studio as a birthday surprise for her.
"I can't believe you made me cry over a puppy!" she said. "It's the best thing ever. That's the best start to the show we've ever had."
This Morning airs weekdays from 10am on ITV.
