Morrisons, Farmfoods, Greggs and Lidl 'do not eat' warnings as steak bake, sausage rolls and cheese recalled
Urgent food recall alerts have been issued by a number of supermarkets and high street retailers due to health and safety fears.
Customers are being advised to check their kitchen cupboards, fridges and freezers for the items listed below following notices sent out by the Food Standards Agency (FSA). Greggs, Morrisons, Farmfoods, Lidl, TK Maxx and Homesense are among those affected.
Products can be pulled from the shelves for multiple reasons, including packaging errors which fail to declare certain ingredients, or beacuse they may contain pieces of plastic. When a product is recalled, for any reason, the FSA shares details on what you should do if you have bought the item, as well as detailed information on why the item has been pulled from sale.

Here are the latest product recalls.
Greggs Steak Bake
Greggs is recalling Greggs 2 pack Steak Bake because it contains sulphites which are not declared on the label. The FSA said due to a packaging error, some packs contain Sausage, Bean and Cheese Melts which contain sulphites.
A spokesperson said: "These were incorrectly packed in Steak Bake packaging. This means sulphites is not declared on the label; therefore the product is a possible health risk for anyone with a sensitivity to sulphur dioxide and/or sulphites."

The FSA added: "If you have bought the above product and have a sensitivity to sulphur dioxide and/or sulphites do not consume it. Farmfoods 50 Cocktail Sausage Rolls
David Wood Baking Ltd is recalling Farmfoods 50 Cocktail Sausage Rolls because the pack contains cheese and onion rolls which contain milk, which is not mentioned on the label. The FSA said this means the product is a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy or intolerance to milk or milk constituents.

Lidl Cheddar Cheese Wedge
Lidl Northern Ireland is recalling a batch of Deluxe Sriracha Cheddar Cheese Wedge because Listeria monocytogenes has been found in this product. The details are:

The FSA said: The presence of Listeria monocytogenes in the above product. Symptoms caused by this organism can be similar to flu and include high temperature, muscle ache or pain, chills, feeling or being sick and diarrhoea.
"However, in rare cases, the infection can be more severe, causing serious complications, such as meningitis. Some people are more vulnerable to listeria infections, including those over 65 years of age, pregnant women and their unborn babies, babies less than one month old and people with weakened immune systems.

Herb and spice products
Terry Smyth Ltd is recalling various Cape Herb and Spice products because they may contain pieces of plastic. The possible presence of plastic makes these products unsafe to eat.
The FSA said the product recall is specific to Northern Ireland. The details are:

Morrisons is continuing to recall Morrisons Crushed Garlic because an ingredient has been omitted from the product that prevents microbiological growth and therefore presents a potential risk to consumers. The product details are:
