Mozambique's army says northern town of Palma 'safe' from jihadists

In tonight's edition: Mozambique says the army has secured the northern town of Palma. It was attacked by extremist militants in March, sending tens of thousands fleeing from their homes. Also, communities in Namibia's Okavango Delta are worried that their livelihoods and wildlife are at risk because of huge oil drilling plans.
