MPs hopeful of overturning Parliament suspension by September 16

MPs who appealed against an earlier ruling that the Prime Minister's prorogation of Parliament was lawful, say they are hopeful of being able to return to the House of Commons by early next week.

Boris Johnson’s decision to suspend Parliament has been ruled “improper” and “unlawful” by three senior Scottish judges, who concluded it had been done with “the purpose of stymying Parliament”.
