Mrs Hinch in tears in heartbreaking video after tragic family loss

Mrs Hinch has broken down in tears in an emotional video shared on her Instagram Story. The social media cleaning sensation, whose real name is Sophie Hinchcliffe, told her many fans she is "struggling" after the sudden death of her dad Alan earlier this year.

Back in April the influencer told of how her life and whole world had been "turned upside down" as her dad passed peacefully in his sleep. She told fans how she was suffering a "deep unimaginable pain" that she couldn't "put into words".

Now she has returned to social media to ask her followers for help. In a video the mum-of-two can be seen looking visibly upset as she said: "I thought I was doing alright, or managing a bit."

Mrs Hinch went on to say she had been helping a friend move house and "keeping really busy" but then she had a dream last night that upset her. She continued: "I don't understand how we have this grief with us all the time but when you try and do better, you're knocked back on the floor again.

"I'm just wondering and I was Googling at five o'clock this morning, visitation dreams and things like that. I dunno, I just really feel like I want to try and do better... and I can't. So if anyone's got any advice on starting again, every single few days it seems."
