The legendary MTV EMAs will be held in Manchester's Co-op Live Arena this year. The annual awards show celebrates the best musical talents from across the continent with live performances and guest appearances from the world's biggest stars.
The MTV EMAs in Manchester will take place on Sunday, November 10, at 9pm. The ceremony will be broadcast live to more than 150 countries.
Previous EMAs have showcased everyone from pop legends Madonna and Lady Gaga to hot newcomers including Doja Cat and Kim Petras. Best of all, fans are welcome to witness the action live with tickets up for grabs.
Councillor Bev Craig, Leader of Manchester City Council, said at the time of the announcement: "As a city that is known the world over for our legendary music scene, MTV could not have picked a better place for this year's EMAs.

When are the MTV EMAs in Manchester?
The MTV EMAs will be held in Manchester's Co-op Live Arena on Sunday, November 10, at 9pm. If you're unable to attend the show, MTV will broadcast all the action live to more than 150 countries.
How to get MTV EMA tickets
Fans will have the chance to see their favourite artists in the flesh. Co-op Live has announced that tickets will be going on sale for the event on its social media pages and said fans can now register for ticket updates here.
It said: "Get ready for music's biggest global celebration... world are you ready? The 2024 EMAs live from Manchester, Sunday the 10th of November on MTV. Head to the link and be in the know about exciting announcements and upcoming ticket sales!"

Who is performing?
The full line-up is still to be announced with award nominations expected in October. Nominations are a great insight into who will be attending the event and therefore has a chance of performing.
A superstar host also needs to be announced. In previous years, the EMAs have recruited Rita Ora, Bebe Rexha, Hailee Steinfeld and Nicki Minaj.
