Mummified Pharaohs Paraded Through Cairo During Move to New Museum

The mummified remains of 22 of Egypt’s ancient rulers were paraded through Cairo on April 3 before reaching their new home at the new National Museum of Egyptian Civilisation.

Egypt’s Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities hosted the “Pharaohs’ Golden Parade” and broadcasted the two-hour event, which involved various performances and an audience of Egyptian dignitaries and public figures, live on YouTube.
