Mystery National Lottery winner from Essex scoops life-changing £3.6m prize
A mystery woman from Essex has had her life changed after winning a huge seven-figure prize in the National Lottery. The woman, known only as Mrs S, won the impressive sum after matching five numbers and the Life Ball in the Set for Life draw in October.
The Essex local, who played a selection of personally sentimental numbers, has become one of over nine million players that win each week on The National Lottery's games. Her prize is paid in £10,000 instalments each month for the next thirty years, totalling £3,600,000.
Interactive winners have the opportunity to release their name, remain anonymous or like this winner, release some details through partial publicity. It's the latest in a number of Essex residents winning prizes through the National Lottery.

In September a mystery retiree said he'd use £120k of winnings on a honeymoon trip to Las Vegas. That same month a woman became a millionaire overnight after matching five numbers and the Bonus Ball in the Lotto draw. That follows a man and a woman also winning £1m each in National Lottery games in June; whilst in February Mrs A and Mrs M scooped a 'life-changing' win.
Andy Carter, Senior Winners’ Advisor at Allwyn, operator of The National Lottery, said, “We are so excited for Mrs. S who can now experience winning on repeat as she can look forward to receiving £10k every month for the next thirty years! Huge congratulations!”
