We love how open Nadia Sawalha is about her marriage and family, and the Loose Women panellist has delighted her fans with her latest post about her lovely parents.
The presenter, 55, shared a sweet snap with her mum and dad to Instagram.
“Feeling blessed today,” she wrote.
“So lucky to live right next door to my parents. Both in their eighties, both so funny, smart and tenacious!! And damn fine looking!! Love you Betty and Teddy.”
She added: “If you were to count your blessings today what would be your top blessing?”

Nadia’s dad is Nadim Sawalha, a prolific actor who has starred in dozens of films and televisions shows including The Bill, The Sweeney, The Spy Who Loved Me and West Is West.
Fans are loving the touching post with several taking to the comments with their top blessings.
One fan wrote: “My parents live around the corner and my nan lives with me. My top blessing today would be friends family health and the snow. Teddy looks very handsome in his beret.”

The couple first shared the update on their podcast, Confessions of a Modern Parent.
As the end of the latest episode, the mum-of-two says: “I would really like to ask you if you would like to renew your vows with me.”
Mark replied: “Aw, you're a funny one aren't you.”
