Natalie Portman Reveals Name Of Her Baby Son

Natalie Portman and her fiance, Benjamin Millepied, have finally revealed the name of their baby boy.

In true celebrity fashion, they have opted for a rather unconventional name, calling him Aleph Portman-Millepied.

Aleph is the first letter in the Hebrew alphabet and means one, the first, or all-encompassing.

American-Israeli Portman , 30, gave birth in mid-June , just months after winning a slew of awards, including an Oscar, for her role in Black Swan.

She met Millepied, a ballet dancer and choreographer, while filming the Darren Aronofksy thriller.

The couple kept their romance under wraps until the actress went public with her pregnancy in December.

Celebrities are renowned for choosing unusual names for their offspring.

Mariah Carey recently called her twins Moroccan and Monroe while the Beckhams raised eyebrows after they named their first born Brooklyn and other two sons Cruz and Romeo.
