National Television Awards viewers say Martin Lewis was left 'fuming' by Stacey Solomon's win
Viewers of the National Television Awards were left speculating that Martin Lewis was less than thrilled after missing out on the award in his category at this year's glamorous ceremony. The 52-year-old financial expert was among the audience, visibly tense as his category was announced.
However, fans claimed the atmosphere swiftly changed as Stacey Solomon emerged victorious. Her programme Sort Your Life Out triumphed over rivals including Clarkson's Farm, Gogglebox, The Martin Lewis Money Show, and The Yorkshire Vet.
Viewers couldn't help but notice Martin's reaction and flocked to social media to express their views. One viewer commented: "You could tell Martin Lewis was raging he wanted to win he's sitting there thinking I do all this s** for what nothing."

Another remarked: "Martin Lewis is fuuuuming," reports the Mirror. Adding to the online chorus, another user wrote: "Martin Lewis is livid.", reports the Express.
While a fourth echoed the sentiment, stating: "Martin Lewis didn't look too happy."
Meanwhile, a jubilant Stacey, who looked stunning in a strapless red satin gown and chic elbow-length black gloves, graced the stage with her son Zach, 18, to accept the accolade.
In an emotional address, Stacey praised the effort behind her show: "It's the hardest show ever to make and they work so so hard. My amazing co-presenters. I'm so grateful I get to do a show like this, I want to thank the families who let us into their homes. If it wasn't for the families, who opened their hearts to us, there wouldn't be no Sort Your Life Out."
After receiving the accolade, Stacey expressed her heartfelt thanks to her husband Joe Swash and their five children, admitting: "I was not ready I didn't know where to go - no one told us! We were an absolute mess, I don't know what I said in the speech! I can only apologise! It means the absolute world - I don't think anyone can comprehend how hard people work to make Sort Your Life out to happen."
She continued: "It is a huge show and we do so much in those seven days. It means absolutely everything that we get to do something we absolutely love and to be able to be given the chance to do more of it. It is not just four of us. There is a huge team that works to the bone. I've learned that I love to have a job to make people feel good. It is the biggest privilege but I don't host it on my own. The co-stars are like family to me."
Despite not winning at the awards, Martin graciously took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to express his gratitude to his supporters.
He posted: "Well you can't win em all (or any tonight! ) but thanks so much to all who voted and supported me #NTAs."
Fans of Martin Lewis flocked to the comments to heap praise on the financial guru, with one exclaiming: "Ahh, what a shame. Recognition is well deserved for all you've done."
Another follower encouraged him, saying: "Keep up the good work, Martin," while a third chimed in: "Martin, I think the work you do is so important that actually you're above competing for awards like this. Onwards and upwards."
