NatWest's mobile banking app has hit a snag, leaving custoemrs without the means to manage their finances. The banking giant has confirmed an issue on social media and reassured customers it is working on giving them access to their money.
A hefty number of over 500 irked folks have aired their grievances, with Down Detector - the go-to site for tracking website problems - confirming the situation. Patrons are flocking to X, once famed as Twitter, voicing their concerns directly to the banking institution.
One distressed customer messaged: "@Natwest your app isnt working - what is the eta for it to be back on line."

And another chimed in: "NatWest app is down again, please report it to your IT teams. This is happening too frequently."
Another added their voice to the frustration, pleading: "@NatWest_Help can you sort out your app? It's becoming annoying now."
NatWest has acknowledged the troubles to its clientele, admitting that the fix timeline remains uncertain with a spokesperson noting there's "no timescale" on when normal service would resume. They also assured customers, "The team will be working to resolve this ASAP."
