The Paralympic athlete - who won Celebrity MasterChef earlier this year - joined 78-year-old ex-Strictly Come Dancing judge Dame Arlene Phillips to win 10 stars in the latest Bushtucker Trial and was persuaded to take a night off from cooking.
But as Naughty Boy began tackling the oxtail over the campfire, 30-year-old Cox could not resist offering him some tips.
Naughty Boy told her: “Kadeena please, I’m just working it out.”
The music producer added to Radio 1xtra Snoochie Shy: “I’ve never cut oxtail. Before I’ve even got into it Kadeena’s telling me, ‘Naughty you need to…’”
Cox said: “If he’s going to moan about it, just say it to me. I was just trying to help.”
Naughty Boy replied: “The thing is, before I’ve even cut it, you’re telling me what to do.”
Cox said: “I was just letting you know there was a bone that was going to be hard to get through. I’m cool not helping, I was just like, whatever…”
Naughty Boy said to Snoochie: “That’s not rude is it? I don’t want her to take it the wrong way.”

Cox replied: "It's cool."
Later footballer David Ginola tried to help and Naughty Boy commented: “This is what they say about too many chefs in the kitchen, isn’t it?”
Cox said pointedly: "I'm just sitting here chilling."
Naughty Boy was delighted when his campmates all enjoyed the meal, bragging in the Telegraph: "They don't know, the man's a chef!"
The 36-year-old music producer - whose real name is Shahid Khan - previously left Saturdays singer Frankie Bridge in tears after they fell out over how to cook rice.
On returning to the castle Naughty Boy was upset to learn in the live show that the public had voted for him to take part in his third Bushtucker Trial.
The celebrities - who had all been isolating separately in hotels with no access to phones, internet or TV - looked happy to see one another on their return on Tuesday morning.
Miller said: "I'm buzzing to be back - never thought I'd say that. And to see the beautiful David Ginola, who I dreamt about in isolation."
