Neighbours teen Xanthe Canning is left devastated today (June 29) after her final encounter with creepy Finn Kelly.
Xanthe (Lilly Van Der Meer) is already struggling to cope after weeks of being manipulated by Finn, so when he demands to see her one last time, it's inevitable that it all ends in tears.
Thursday's episode sees Finn cause trouble just one more time, as he asks for a chance to speak to Xanthe, Elly, Susan and Ben from his hospital bed.
As shown in the brand new video clip below, it's Finn's encounter with Xanthe that has the biggest impact by far, as she's distraught by what he tells her.
Catching up with Ben later on, a tearful Xanthe explains: "He said he made up all that stuff about liking me. And then he said the only true part was that I was special and a good friend."
She adds: "I'm stupid and I'm dumb and I'm an idiot. Everyone always thought that I was so stupid and now I've finally proved them right.
"I'm the most evil, most horrible human in the entire world and everyone would just be better off without me."
Finn may now be leaving Neighbours, but it's clear that the repercussions for Xanthe will be playing out for a while yet. Can her loved ones pull together to boost her shattered self-esteem?
Neighbours airs these scenes today (June 29) at 1.45pm and 5.30pm on Channel 5.
