Neighbours' David regrets row with Aaron Brennan

·2-min read

Neighbours spoilers follow for UK viewers.

Neighbours' David Tanaka breaks down after an upsetting row with his husband Aaron Brennan on UK screens next week.

The couple are currently facing their worst nightmare after pregnant Nicolette Stone did a runner from Ramsay Street, blowing apart their co-parenting arrangement.

In upcoming episodes on Channel 5, David (Takaya Honda) and Aaron (Matt Wilson) continue to handle the situation very differently.

David's every waking moment is consumed by the ongoing search for Nicolette (Charlotte Chimes), to the detriment of his wellbeing as he isn't eating or sleeping properly.

While Aaron is also devastated over how things have turned out, he appears to be in a much better headspace as he optimistically hopes for the best.

After days of simmering tension between the pair, things come to a head when David discovers that Aaron has been spending time with his sister Chloe (April Rose Pengilly) in secret.

David still bitterly blames Chloe for her part in Nicolette's departure from Erinsborough. While Aaron has also struggled with this, he has decided to forgive Chloe rather than holding onto resentment.

David confronts Aaron for forgiving Chloe so easily and also accuses him of not caring about Nicolette's departure as much as him.

Crossing the line, David claims that Aaron isn't as invested because he isn't the baby's biological father.

David's harsh words cut deep for Aaron, although he immediately regrets them.

When David seeks out his father Paul Robinson for advice, Terese Willis (Rebekah Elmaloglou) has to explain that he's not home.

David breaks down in front of Terese, coming clean over his row with Aaron and how Nicolette's disappearance has taken a huge toll.

Will David and Aaron be able to get back on track?
