Neighbours spoilers follow for UK viewers.

Neighbours has offered a first look at Amy Greenwood's move on Ned Willis, which will air on UK screens next week.

Amy (Jacinta Greenwood) takes a liking to Ned (Ben Hall), but her crush is complicated by several factors including the fact that she's his boss at the Flamingo Bar and living with his ex Yashvi Rebecchi.

In upcoming scenes on Channel 5, Amy and Roxy Willis' (Zima Anderson) rivalry continues when Amy believes she has grounds to fire Roxy as she accuses her employee of stealing from the till.

Ned clears up the drama by revealing he was the one who took the money to bank it – but Amy and Roxy's feud only intensifies.

Another row breaks out between Amy and Roxy, leading to Paul Robinson (Stefan Dennis) and Terese Willis (Rebekah Elmaloglou) to decide that the situation is untenable and one of them must be fired.

Worried for their jobs, Amy and Roxy fake being friendly to each other and persuade an unconvinced Paul and Terese to give them another chance.

The tension between Amy and Roxy threatens to overshadow the Flamingo Bar's next event, Erinsborough's Longest Workout competition. Roxy hopes Amy won't be made permanent when her probation period ends.

Things begin to go badly for Amy when a barbeque falls to the ground and starts a small fire. But Roxy helps Amy put the fire out and then takes partial responsibility for the incident instead of throwing her boss under the bus.

During the competition itself, Karl Kennedy (Alan Fletcher) and Kyle Canning (Chris Milligan) have a heated rivalry, with other competitors including Jesse Porter (Cameron Robbie), Toadie Rebecchi (Ryan Moloney), and Melanie Pearson (Lucinda Cowden), who is trying to hide from her boyfriend.

The event turns out to be a big success.

A later conversation between Amy and Roxy leads to the pair to realise how similar they are, which marks a potential turning point in their working relationship.
