Yahoo News Neighbours' Jodi Gordon responds to possibility of Home and Away return
Former Neighbours star Jodi Gordon has discussed the possibility of returning to Home and Away as Martha MacKenzie.
Jodi exited the Ramsay Street soap as Elly Conway earlier this year to move back to Sydney so that she could spend more time with her daughter. This has led to speculation of a Summer Bay comeback.
When asked by Now to Love about potentially reprising the role of Martha – who she played between 2005 and 2010 – the star appeared to suggest that she would be interested if the storyline was right.
"I've always admired Georgie Parker [who plays Martha's mother Roo Stewart]," she said. "She's incredible and I've been a huge fan of hers forever.
"If the storyline was there and a discussion took place, then absolutely."
Jodi also said that she would be open to a Neighbours return one day.
"I think if it comes to the storyline and what works for them, then it's something that we would definitely explore," she said of both Australian soaps.

Meanwhile, former Home and Away star Jackson Gallagher – who now appears on Neighbours as Nathan 'Packo' Packard – had his say on returning to Summer Bay.
"If it lined up at the right time and it made sense, why not?" the Josh Barrett actor said.
Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.15pm and 6pm on Channel 5 (UK) and Mondays to Thursdays at 7pm on Channel 7 (Australia).
