However, when Roxy, who's acting as his assistant chef, realises she's forgotten to buy the mushrooms, she disastrously elects to pick some growing outside the Tram.

Moments later, taste judge councillor Jacinta Hay falls seriously ill before being hospitalised.

In next week's scenes, Kyle learns that judge Jacinta has been poisoned by something she ate, but it's only after Roxy tells him that she used the death cap mushrooms that he realises his food was responsible.

Kyle is overcome with guilt about the situation, and when he learns that he's been made a Best Dish finalist, he intends to drop out of the competition.

However, Dipi withdraws her own nomination once she learns Kyle's dish was a tribute to Gary. Kyle remains in the competition and hopes his secret won't be discovered.

As future spoilers have revealed, Jacinta won't be the only one to suffer as a result of the mushrooms, as Bea Nilsson will also be hospitalised.

Bea will try to keep Roxy and Kyle's secret, but when the truth comes out, Levi is furious and reports the Tram to the council, prompting an investigation.

Neighbours airs these scenes on Thursday, February 11 and Friday, February 12 at 1.45pm and 5.30pm on Channel 5.
