Neighbours' Ned Willis and new Sheila Canning are caught out over their secret feelings

·2-min read

Neighbours spoilers follow for UK viewers.

Neighbours sets up Sheila Canning and Ned Willis to be caught out as they discuss their evolving feelings for one another in upcoming scenes.

After using work as a way to cope with her grief, Sheila (Shareena Clanton) realises that she has been trying to fill a void in an attempt to deal with her grandmother's death. Sheila gets candid and decides that it's best for her to go back home to WA so that she can take time to grieve properly.

Before leaving, Sheila and Ned (Ben Hall) have a private conversation about how they're feeling, focusing on the awkwardness that is between them.

Sheila arrived in Erinsborough a few weeks ago. She came to negotiate the sale of The Hive, which is when she met Ned, The Hive's manager.

During a painting class, Sheila and Ned got on particularly well and there was a romantic spark between the pair. This didn't go unnoticed either as Bea Nilsson thought there could be something between them.

This was a huge problem, particularly for Ned as he is currently in a relationship with Yashvi Rebecchi.

During their upcoming conversation, Sheila urges Ned to be honest with Yashvi and explain what happened between them. Although nothing physical took place, they still bonded emotionally.

But while chatting in the podcast booth, the entire conversation is being recorded by the equipment, setting Sheila and Ned up to be caught out.

Will Sheila and Ned realise what's happened or will someone else hear the details of their conversation and expose them?

Neighbours airs these scenes on Friday, June 18 at 1.45pm and 5.30pm on Channel 5.
