Neighbours spoilers follow for UK viewers.

Neighbours' Nicolette Stone finds a surprising new ally on UK screens next week, as her feud with Paul Robinson continues.

Paul has been vocally distrustful of Nicolette for months. However, his latest attempt to discredit her backfires and leads Nicolette and Brent Colefax to put aside their differences.

In upcoming scenes, Nicolette (Charlotte Chimes) struggles with living in the same house as Brent (Texas Watterston) and his dirty habits. When she vents about her frustrations, Jane Harris (Annie Jones) advises her to be more sympathetic towards him given what he has been through.

Nicolette is still frustrated, though, and one day while picking up his clothes on the bathroom floor, she discovers a hidden knife.

Nicolette is horrified, and confronts Brent about the weapon outside.

Paul (Stefan Dennis) happens to come across the conversation from afar. Spying on the pair, he sees Nicolette handing the knife back to Brent. He believes something shady is happening and believes he has enough to take down Nicolette.

Paul takes little time to go to David Tanaka (Takaya Honda) and Aaron Brennan (Matt Wilson) and expose Nicolette's 'true colours'. But he's the one who comes off looking much worse when Brent reveals the truth behind the exchange and the knife.

Afterwards, Terese Willis (Rebekah Elmaloglou) advises a furious Paul to stop his vendetta against Nicolette unless he wants to make things even worse.

Nicolette and Brent, meanwhile, agree to stick together as they share something in common – their dislike for Paul.

Neighbours airs these scenes on Wednesday, March 3 and Thursday, March 4 at 1.45pm and 5.30pm on Channel 5.
