Neighbours' Shane Rebecchi is drawn into Ned's fight club storyline

Upcoming scenes in Neighbours will see Shane Rebecchi drawn into Ned Willis's violent fightclub storyline.

Viewers have seen Ned (Ben Hall) head down the dangerous path to help release his pent-up anger after Scarlett Brady stabbed him at Halloween.

And in scenes set to air next week, Shane's daughter and Ned's ex-girlfriend Yashvi (Olivia Junkeer) will see an opportunity to help him.

The History Wall is receiving a makeover for the Sonya Rebecchi Foundation, and while Yashvi is reluctant to paint it herself, she sees this as a potential creative outlet for Ned.

The old couple reconnect, but the summer fun ends abruptly when they discover a threatening message left graffitied on the wall.

With the fight ring's threats looming over Yashvi's head, she is forced to tell the whole story to her parents.

They decide to go to the police to report Kane, the dodgy newcomer who's putting Ned under pressure to return to fighting. But without evidence, they are unable to take action.

The danger amps up when Yashvi's drink is spiked with broken glass. Shane then vows to resolve matters with his own fists – but will he go too far?

Neighbours airs these scenes on Thursday, December 12 and Friday, December 13 at 12.50pm and 6pm on Channel 5 (UK) and 6.30pm on 10 Peach (Australia).
