Neighbours spoilers follow.
Neighbours star Rob Mills has responded after Finn Kelly's dramatic exit.
Finn finally met his demise in Tuesday's episode (March 24), drowning after accidentally falling into a shallow grave he had intended for Susan Kennedy.
Speaking on the show's official Twitter account, Rob reflected on the villain's final scenes.
"The scene of my death, I suppose it was a bit [emotional]," he said. "I mean, Finn Kelly has always been crying out for a mother figure, and my last words were 'Susan, Susan'.
"So it was pretty emotional. I love Jackie [Woodburne], and I will miss her very much."
Rob then talked about what he'll miss most about being on the show.
"I'll miss the family. It really is a family at Neighbours," he said.
"People talk about the machine that it is but not only is it a machine, it's like a family. It's a coming together of great minds, great characters, and great people. I'll miss the laughs and the high drama every day."
Upcoming episodes will see the fallout from Finn's death – as Elly Conway will be suspected of murder.
Elly also decides to come clean about her feelings for Finn to her sister Bea Nilsson, leading Bea to feel betrayed and unsure who to trust.
Neighbours airs weekdays at 1.45pm and 5.30pm on Channel 5 (UK) and 6.30pm on 10 Peach (Australia).
