Neighbours spoilers follow for UK viewers.

Neighbours' Toadie Rebecchi finds himself with a dilemma on UK screens next week, as Rose Walker asks for his help following an accident with Melanie Pearson.

Rose (Lucy Durack) returns as the PR manager of Erinsborough's Shorts and Briefs Festival, but her ulterior motive is to win back Toadie (Ryan Moloney) – and the situation gets complicated when Melanie (Lucinda Cowden) is rushed to hospital.

In upcoming scenes on Channel 5, Rose and Melanie fall out after the pair clash over an incident relating to Rose's car.

The tension between the pair is still there on the night of the film festival's launch party, which sees many of the Ramsay Street residents dressing up as some of their favourite movie characters.

At the party, Rose hopes to remind Toadie of their chemistry by playing a prank on him. Toadie responds with one of his own, and the pair have fun trying to out-do each other in an escalating prank war.

When Rose takes a sip of a drink spiked by Toadie with chilli, she accidentally spits it out and into Melanie's face. Melanie ends up falling onto the buffet table and badly hurting herself.
