Shot on their wedding day in 2013, the video sees the newlyweds miming to David Guetta and Chris Willis’ track Gettin’ Over You with their family and friends.
Katya kicks off the footage as she dances in her wedding dress before it cuts to the couple in the church and fooling around in London as they take a vintage bus to their reception.
Fans branded the video “cringe” and “extra” while another tweeted: “A guide on what not to do on your wedding day.”
Katya apologised to Neil on Strictly spin-off show It Takes Two after she was pictured kissing Walsh on the night of his then-girlfriend Rebecca Humphries’ birthday last week.
“I can’t apologise enough to everyone who it hurt and involved,” she told host Zoe Ball. “But the main thing for me is me and Neil are absolutely fine which is all that matters to me right now and focusing on my job and doing it as professionally as I can.”
Neil, who also stars on Strictly, has yet to comment on the scandal, instead posting a topless picture to Instagram.
Humphries released a blistering statement in which she revealed her relationship with Walsh is over and that she has taken full custody of their pet cat.
She accused Walsh of being controlling and of insinuating she was mad after she questioned his relationship with Katya.
Walsh failed to address the actress in his TV apology, but insisted he is “not the person I am being portrayed as”.
He said: “Our relationship wasn’t perfect, that doesn’t mean I wanted it to end the way it did. I’m sorry for that.
“It’s important for me to say that the people who know me the most and that love me, they know I am not the person I am being portrayed as. I’m still sorry for what I did but it’s very important to get that out there.”
Walsh and Katya will dance the Charleston on Saturday night. Their routine was reportedly changed to make it less “sexy”.
Strictly Come Dancing is on BBC One, Saturday at 6:40pm
