New ‘smell DJ’ smart home gadget lets you edit the scent of your home instantly
You can buy smart home gadgets to add mood lighting and music to every room – so it was only a matter of time before someone did the same for smells.
The Moodo device claims to turn homeowners into ‘smell DJs’, with the ability to fill a room with a new scent within seconds.
The four-inch device contains capsules – from citrus to spice to lavender – which you can control via either a smartphone app or via voice assistants such as Amazon’s Alexa or Google Home.
The Moodo device can be controlled manually, and is $139 (much cheaper than rival devices, and now available in the UK for around £120).
