Newcastle United have double goalkeeper worry with Fabian Schar also an injury concern
Newcastle United boss Eddie Howe is sweating on both Nick Pope and Martin Dubravka ahead of the clash with Everton at the weekend.
After the game, Howe revealed he left the England international out because of swelling on his knee but his number 2, Martin Dubrvaka also suffered a "nasty" knee injury after being forced off at the break. Howe said that Pope is hopeful of recovering for Saturday but has "swelling" on his knee from the clash with Man CIty.
Howe, speaking his post-game Press conference, said: "I think he is OK but Martin took a nasty bang to his knee. We hope he is alright.

"We will and see how that settles down. We had a few players fatigued at the end. I have no idea if it is going to be a knock or a serious one.
"Martin might have a different view to me - he is the one with the injury - but I don't mind a centre-forward going in to score. But that was just with my naked eye. I need to see it again."
Howe has plenty of cover in the keeper department and after handing Odysseas Vlachodimos his debut. Looking back on his display, he said: "I thought he did very well. There was a set play threat - he came for one really good long throw and claimed it. I don't think he had any shots of note to save, but he distributed the ball well and showed his experience."
Speaking about Pope's absence, Howe said: "We don't think it's serious, it's just a bit of swelling on his knee. "We are hopeful he is OK for Saturday."
Fabian Schar also signalled to come off in the second half and was replaced by Dan Burn. Reflecting on the retired Swiss international's status, Howe said: "I think it was a couple of things. Hopefully, he's OK. It was a bang to his ankle and a bit of tightness in his body."
However, there was better news on Harvey Barnes who only came off because of a pre-planned arrangement.
The head coach said: "That was planned before the game. Without the injury to Martin we might have done a few more at half-time. The plan was to rotate and keep everybody fresh for Saturday. There were a couple of players played longer than I wanted to."
