This is the moment a news anchor was interrupted by her child during a live broadcast.
NBC’s national security and military correspondent Courtney Kube was busy with her report on the Syrian crisis on Wednesday morning when her son suddenly showed up.
At first, she appeared to be a bit flustered and apologetically said 'excuse me my kids are here, live television.”
But she soon took it in her stride and continued with her report despite her son pulling her hair to get her attention.
A producer at the Washington DC studios eventually made the smart decision to cut to a map of the Middle East so Mrs Kube could get someone to take her son away.
When the camera returned he was no longer there and she ended her coverage like a pro.
Mrs Kube has twin boys named Jake and Ryan but it was not immediately clear which one had been causing trouble on set.
MSNBC didn't seem to mind though and tweeted a video of the incident, writing: “Sometimes unexpected breaking news happens while you're reporting breaking news.”
