Anne Hathaway: It's Great To Wake Up With A Golden Globe Nomination

Anne Hathaway has reacted to the news that she, and her 'Les Miserables' castmates woke up to the news that they'd all grabbed a collection of Golden Globe nominations.

She and her castmate Amanda Seyfried and director Tom Hooper turned out this week to honour Hugh Jackman as he received his very own star in The Hollywood Walk of Fame.

According to E! News Hathaway said: "What a great way to wake up! I couldn't be happier or more grateful for this news. Congratulations to Hugh [Jackman] and everyone who worked on Les Miz for their contribution to the best picture nomination."

Hathaway herself is nominated for Best Supporting Actress, while Jackman got the nod in the Best Actor, Musical or Comedy section.

'Les Miserables' was nominated for Best Picture, Musical or Comedy, and is now surely a heavy favourite alongside 'Silver Linings Playbook' for the gong.

However Hooper missed out on a Best Director nomination, in the one blot on an amazing day for the musical.
