A warrant has been issued for Cuba Gooding, Jr.'s arrest after he allegedly pushed a female bartender in Louisiana on Tuesday morning.
The Jerry Maguire star, who is currently in New Orleans filming upcoming movie The Butler, was having a drink at the Old Absinthe House on Bourbon Street when he reportedly became embroiled in a heated altercation with fellow patrons who had been taking his picture.
According to TMZ.com, a female employee intervened and asked Gooding, Jr. to leave the establishment, prompting the angry actor to retaliate.
However, he had left the venue by the time New Orleans Police Department officials arrived at the scene. A complaint was filed and authorities have since issued a warrant for misdemeanour battery.
A representative for Gooding, Jr. has refused to comment on the reports.
