One Direction Reach Out To Family Of Murdered Doncaster Teenager

Those One Direction boys have proved that they are truly kind hearted gentlemen after reaching out to the family of a teenage girl who was brutally murdered earlier this year.

The 'What Makes You Beautiful' stars set a bouquet of flowers and note with their sympathies to the family of 13 year-old Casey Kearney who was tragically stabbed to death on February 14.

Both Casey and 1D star Louis Tomlinson grew up in the same town of Doncaster where the teenager was attacked by psychiatric patient Hannah Bonser in a park on Valentine's Day.

The personal message said, "Thinking of all of Casey's family at this sad time. With Love, Louis (Doncaster boy) and all of One Direction, Harry, Liam, Niall and Zayn."

Speaking to The Sun, her mother Kerry Day spoke of the boy's kindness and consideration in making the effort to reach out to the grieving family.

"It was amazing they took the trouble to send a card. It was a real kindness,” she said.

Casey's murderer Hannah Bonser was jailed for life yesterday (July 11).
