Legendary soul singer Etta James is said to be terminally ill with cancer.
Etta's live-in doctor Elaine James - no relation - has revealed that the 73-year-old is losing her on-going battle with leukemia and is dying of the illness.
According to CBS News, Elaine has been caring for Etta since March 2010 when she was diagnosed with the cancer and also dementia, and she now claims that both are incurable.
In addition to 'At Last,' Etta is most known for hits 'Stormy Weather,' 'I Just Want To Make Love To You' and 'A Sunday Kind Of Love.' She has inspired many musicians today, including Beyonce who played the singer in movie Cadillac Records and who also sung 'At Last' at the 2008 inauguration of President Barack Obama.
