Thousand of fans were evacuated over the weekend as Lollapalooza festival in Chicargo as severe thunderstorms hit.
After the three-hour long suspension music fans retuned to the site to enjoy music from the likes of The Black Keys, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Frank Ocean.
Ocean's set was especially moving as he spoke for the first time about the impact his sexuality revelations have had on his life.
He also took the opportunity to thank fans for their support after reports emerged about his sexuality last month.
Speaking at the festival, the singer spoke before performing his track 'Bad Religion' from his latest album Channel Orange.
"This next one is pretty important to me," said Ocean to the audience. "Some of the things I've said in the past month have taken some fear away from myself."
He added: "I'm grateful for that love," after applause and cheers from his Lollapalooza audience.
Ocean also performed track 'Pyramids' and songs from his 2011 mixtape Nostalgia.
